Return policy
At Talho Argentino, we value the quality and freshness of our products. Due to the nature of meat and its derivatives, our returns are governed by the following conditions:
1. Deadline to request a refund
– Claims for products received in poor condition will only be accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Valid reasons for return
Returns will only be accepted when the product is subject to one of the following conditions:
- Damage to the outer packaging , which puts the integrity of the contents at risk.
- Bad smell or signs of decomposition in the meat or its cuts.
- Unusual appearance (color, texture or presence of foreign liquids) that indicates a state unfit for consumption.
3. Return procedure
To manage the return, please:

Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and attach any photos.
Our team will assess the situation and, if the fault is confirmed, we will proceed to:
- Replace the product at no additional cost.
- Refund the amount using your same payment method, if you prefer.
4. Shipping costs
- Return due to product failure : we will cover the costs of collection and shipping.
- Other returns (for reasons other than damaged product): These are not covered by our return policy, given the perishable nature of meat.
