The Pack Argentino Brasa brings together three of the noblest cuts of export-grade Argentine beef, ready to shine on your grill: ojo de bife (ribeye), bife de chorizo (striploin) and picaña (rump cap). Three kings of the Argentine asado in a single combo.
What's included:
- Ojo de bife — marbled, tender and juicy, the premium Argentine cut par excellence.
- Bife de chorizo — with that strip of fat that gives it an unmistakable flavour.
- Picaña — the queen of the asado, with its fat cap that melts and perfumes the meat.
How to cook them: sear everything over high heat to build a crust, then finish over medium heat, juicy or medium; cook the picaña fat-side down first. Let it rest before slicing.
Choose your size:
- Medium — ~0.5 kg pieces and the picaña in steaks.
- Large — 1 kg each of ribeye and striploin, plus a whole 1.7 kg picaña.
- Whole — whole pieces of ribeye (3 kg), striploin (5 kg) and 2 picañas (1.7 kg each).
